Status Correction Starts In The MIND

Lesson 1: Public vs. Private – Two Distinct Realms
Status Correction Starts in the Mind
Before you can step into your private capacity, you must first understand where you've been operating—and what that means. This lesson explores the fundamental difference between the public and private, and why your choice of jurisdiction determines your freedoms, obligations, and legal standing.
What Is "The Public"?
Domain of Fiction
The public realm refers to the world of government, corporations, public policy and regulation, and legal fiction with administrative processes.
Governed By
It is a domain governed by statutes and codes, contracts and commercial law (UCC), institutions like Social Security, IRS, DMV, child support, and licensing requirements.
Participation Means
Public participation means you accept benefits, privileges, and duties granted by the government and operate through the "person" (legal entity) created at birth.
What Is "The Private"?
Domain of Sovereignty
The private realm refers to the domain of natural law and divine law, individual sovereignty and autonomy, contractual relationships between living men and women, and self-governance through trust law and private membership associations (PMAs).
In the Private, You:
  • Do not rely on public benefits or privileges
  • Are not subject to statutory obligations unless you consent
  • Operate through private agreements and declarations
  • Live outside of the legal fiction ("person")
Analogy: Costco and the Government
Imagine the federal government as a membership club like Costco:
You cannot shop there without a membership (SSN)
The card gives you access to benefits—but also binds you to the rules of the club
If you stop using your card, you are no longer subject to those rules
Likewise, using your SSN, ID, or public benefits is evidence of tacit consent to operate in the public domain—under their jurisdiction.
Birth Certificate = Public Entry Point
Your birth certificate creates a legal fiction (a corporate entity in your name).
1
Corporate Creation
This entity is used to contract with government institutions
2
Presumed Representative
You are presumed to be the representative (or surety) of that entity unless you say otherwise—and act accordingly
3
Legal Separation
Status correction requires you to recognize this legal separation—and stop acting on behalf of the fiction
Misconception: Private ≠ Secret or Illegal
Lawful & Protected
Operating privately is lawful and protected under constitutional and international principles
Not About Defiance
It does not mean "off-the-grid," criminal, or defiant behavior
Private People:
  • Create trusts instead of corporations
  • Use private contracts over licenses
  • Educate children at home or in PMAs
  • Resolve disputes via arbitration or ecclesiastical court, not civil court
Privacy is a lifestylenot a loophole.
Why Most People Are "Public"
Most individuals:
1
Use Social Security Numbers
2
File taxes as "persons"
3
Have bank accounts in their legal name
4
Register their property with the state
5
Rely on public education, healthcare, and licensing
These are all elections into public jurisdiction. People don't know they have a choice—and that's the trap.
Conduct = Jurisdiction

Merely filing paperwork doesn't make you private.
Your behavior, contracts, and daily decisions determine your jurisdiction.
Forms & Documents
Signing a W-9 vs. using a W-8BEN
Rights
Using "all rights reserved" vs. waiving rights unknowingly
Support Systems
Accepting welfare vs. creating private support networks
Status correction begins the moment you stop consenting to be governed in public.
Summary: Public vs. Private
Key Takeaways
Foundations
The public is based on fiction and consent; the private is based on truth and self-responsibility
Unknowing Participation
Most people unknowingly operate in the public by accepting benefits and using identifiers like the SSN
Exclusive Choice
You cannot be public and private at the same time
Mental Shift Required
Status correction requires a mental shift: you must choose to live privately through your actions—not just your words
